Rise 360 Courses

Clean, flexible, and built for scale.
Rise 360 is my go-to tool for creating modern, interactive courses that work across devices and learning styles. Its clean design and modular structure let me build engaging content quickly—perfect for global, remote-first teams who need clarity and flexibility. See the Links below for work samples.

Micro-learning Fortnight Bulletin:

These two courses are a part of our bi-monthly training bulletins that go out to customer service agents (CSAs) updating them on policy or program changes. There is a very quick turn around time to update our CSAs and these courses are typically created with about 48 hrs notice. We publish the new/updated SOPs on internal Wiki resources pages, create quick courses with knowledge checks for compliance, and check the assessments for completion. There is a QA process in place that monitors CSA contacts which gives us data on application of knowledge.

Onboarding Courses:

Much of this content is proprietary and I'm not able to share. I have created truncated versions from the learning pathway to share. The larger learning path is chunked into mini courses based on content domains. These examples are only a slice of the entire curriculum.

Explainer Videos

I use Vyond to create animated training videos that make complex ideas easy to understand and hard to forget. It’s my go-to for quick, high-impact explainers, process demos, and onboarding content. Vyond’s built-in AI voiceovers let me move fast and stay budget-conscious, while its multilingual capabilities make it easy to localize content for global teams. It’s a powerful tool for delivering professional, polished learning—without the production overhead.

Rapid Development

Using Synthesia, an AI-powered video generator, and skilled ChatGPT prompting, I created a course proposal and outline on Change Resilience. This video would be a preview for the course that could be used in an LMS internal marketing to attract learners.

This course would be based on the doctoral thesis of Tekeisha Zimmerman along with her published interviews. With the support of AI, I analyzed the doctoral thesis and transcripts from interviews to make a story board and outline proposal for a course.

I use Synthesia as a tool to create polished, AI-driven videos when speed, consistency, and global scalability are key. It’s a powerful way to deliver professional-quality learning experiences without the need for a full video crew. With customizable avatars, AI voiceovers, and multilingual support, Synthesia allows me to produce dynamic training content that’s accessible, on-brand, and easily localized for diverse audiences.

Graphic Design

Quick-Response Graphic Design with Canva. When timelines are tight and design teams are overloaded, I use Canva to create clean, professional graphics on demand. Whether it’s building quick visual assets for learning modules, decks, or communication toolkits, Canva allows me to stay agile without sacrificing quality—keeping projects moving while still meeting brand standards.
