Over the course of my career, I’ve facilitated professional development for thousands of learners—both in-person and virtually. I’ve led district-wide training sessions for 120+ educators, statewide workshops for 300+ teachers as part of a $9.7M leadership grant, and internal summits for global Amazon teams.

During the pandemic, I pivoted quickly to deliver remote PD to teachers and principals, helping entire school districts transition to virtual learning while maintaining a focus on clarity, compassion, and tech accessibility.

I've also facilitated DEI sessions as a contractor for major organizations like the NHL, Procter & Gamble, and Maryland State Parks—adapting content for each unique audience and creating space for honest, transformative dialogue. Whether I’m running a live train-the-trainer workshop, moderating a virtual summit, or keynoting a strategy rollout, I bring energy, structure, and a deep respect for the people in the room. My facilitation style blends empathy with expertise, always centered on helping others feel informed, empowered, and included.
