My Work

Learning Experience Design

Designing for clarity, impact, and inclusion—one learner at a time.

Over the past two decades, I’ve designed learning experiences for everyone from tech-averse teachers to global delivery partners to customer service teams navigating complex systems. Whether I’m building interactive Rise modules, animated explainers, or step-by-step job aids, my goal is always the same: make learning intuitive, engaging, and actionable. Here’s a collection of work that reflects both the art and strategy behind that mission.

AI-Driven Learning Tools & Apps

Where creativity meets code.

I’ve always loved exploring new ways to solve old problems—and AI has opened up a whole new dimension in learning design. This section includes prototypes and apps I’ve created using AI and automation tools to support neurodivergent learners, improve workflows, or reimagine the learning experience altogether.

Program & Project Management

Learning doesn’t scale itself.

Behind every successful launch is a well-run engine. This is where I showcase the strategic side of my work—roadmaps, rollout plans, cross-functional collaborations, and documentation that made the learning possible. From multi-phase global LMS implementations to brand-new support models at Amazon Autos, these projects reflect how I blend people, process, and precision to move learning from idea to reality.

Facilitation & Public Speaking

In the room, on the mic, and always with purpose.

I’ve led everything from high-stakes stakeholder sessions to standing-room-only educator trainings—and I bring the same energy, clarity, and empathy to each one. This section highlights some of my in-person (and hybrid) facilitation work: workshops, conferences, and team trainings where I wasn’t just designing learning, I was leading it.
